Confidence is sexy. Though this statistic may strike some as ridiculous, constant self hate wears on the man.

Look at it this way. Every day he tells you you’re beautiful, you’re more than enough. Despite everything he says, you still won’t feel comfortable in your own skin. That’s an insult to him. His words aren’t enough to make you feel loved, causing him to feel inadequate.
That can destroy a relationship, don’t go where I’ve been.
